My body is so aching. Im scared it would be another long term feeling. I better rest more. 3 more days before my next off. This fire safety thing is still not done. My debate. My research. I have so much to do.

Squats
I just did weighted squats after like 10 years of not using my quads💪. Ill regret my decision to do it in the next two days. My legs are aching now i feel that my butthole is throbbing. Like the butt has its own heart. In fact every part of my body is aching. Iay need to do some foam rolling tomorrow. Good night world, hopefully i can finish up on my fire drill presentation.

Hello
I got bored and decided to peep into my blog. Gosh, the amount of nonsense I penned down last time, I could not handle it any further and stopped reading after the latest post made by the the only lame me. I love to write, the love to spew rubbish to yourself is therapeutic, but these past years Ive lost the time to write. Probably due to increased work, or maybe getting more sickly as age increases. Or maybe its the technology that hs use up most of my time. I guess blogging has lost its appeal as compared to the days of my teenaged years. Hence the purpose of reviving this blog is so that I would have more embarrassments reading my entries when I get older. Imagine reading these entries about penises when I am 80 years old. Provided I live that long or blogspot doesnt go bust. This is what I did today. I finished up my fire safety presentation to be done before 9 may. I have no clue actually about my ward fire protocols but i just cant be bothered and i should just do something about it. This is something that I hate about myself. People pass me shit stuffs and infos, and the managers expect a lot of me to do a beautiful job. Any human being would just complain to the manager that he/she didnt do a prpoer job of handing over info, but I cant be bothered to tell the manager that. I cant give a fuck what they do or not do. Hence Id just do this presentations with many errors, and if they dont like it, only then Id tell them, but by then it would be too late. With telling comes guilt. I would cry to sleep feeling guilty that my colleague was pao toed. But thats life, if you dont do this, youre going to get screwed yourself. So these are the changes that Ive made to myself that has completely change who i am and what my principles are. So for example, if there are minor errors happening in the workplace, I wouldnt hesitate to scold the child and hand the manager the rod to spank his ass. Yup this is what i have become to be. Other than that, I did a lot of roster changes today to accomodate to the meetings i have in the next few weeks. I have just made a cicken soup so sick people in the world can feast on it. Take care blogspot, dont go bankrupt on me.

This accident happened to have huge assload of coverage due to the fact that it was caused by a ferrari, driven by a PRC man which resulted in deaths of innocent lives. Make it the death of a hardworking solebreadwinner who was a taxi driver whose children are still schooling. What I see: It is a rash act of a human being which caused death to another person. Sounds like any other news that happen everyday. But why is this one sensationalised so much? My question: There are so many calls for donations and help from MPs and what nots from the public for the family of the taxi driver. What about the many others whose plights are not known? I know these people personally. What makes these people I know less deserving of public donations? There are thousands such sob stories in this country. Were they rendered help like that? Must they get heavily dramatised and publicised to get such assistance? Whats worse, there are people who actually misused the money donated for their own use, for example, making a new house in their home country. :s What Im trying to say is shit happens and accidents is one of them. In most instances, sole breadwinners are involved. While this is an exceptionally sad moment for us, it is definitely the only incident that has happened here. I like the generousity of the public here, but I hope all future needy and not just publicised ones will get equal help, if not more, from them.

The days of dogeball are over. Time to get back to work and school assignments. But first thing to do is to finish up my 4 night marathon.

Weird dream
I dreamt i had scrotal hernia and it grew into a dick. It was so real i remembered touching it if it was real. I couldnt feel more relieved when i woke up. I must be very tired. I have been sleeping and waking up early recently. My body cant cope the rigours of gymning before or after work. I dont know if its old age or just a bad habit. I need to start somewhere. By going to gym now.

BCLS
I have to face it tomorrow. I wish to ace through it like the one 2 years ago. I realise Im not in the infection control team. This is sad because all this while Ive been keying in stats for infection control and to acknowledge that youre not in the team really is puzzling. But that is how the ward works. I wish all the best for myself come tomorrow.

Hello
Im am back yet again. I feel that I need this blog to track down what i have done in my life. i used to love letting out creativity through writing but work has stifled that ability. Rules and regiments have been the two words that are ingrained in my brain. Even my girlfriend is not spared. Ive been asking her to do things quickly and if her brain is lagging i would ask her to knock it down aka do push ups so she could feel fresh and complete her task in due time. This year has been bad so far. I had so many sickness going on, the latest one being a case of haematuria. On long term antibiotics ( 3 weeks is long to someone who is against medical therapy, ok) and did a urethrogram yesterday. It was painful an uncomfortable. It's as if theres as tube shoved up your small tight urethra. Oh, that was what happened. The radiographer was nice though. That made me calmer throughout the procedure. Ill be back again to update more on my bleeding penis.
